Antimony impregnated graphite is an excellent self-lubricating and anti-wear material. It can be used in media such as high temperature 500 ° C, cryogenic - 253 ° C, high speed 20000 rpm, high pressure 10MPa, or high viscosity. It is especially suitable for media such as water, oil, kerosene and so on.
Antimony metal is insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid and concentrated alkali solution. Antimony rarely dissolves when rubbing with steel under the condition of increasing load and speed. Therefore, the antimony impregnated graphite material is also suitable for water, hydrochloric acid, concentrated alkali and other media. The materials with antimony impregnated graphite can be silicon carbide, tungsten carbide or stainless steel.
Application example:
1. Application of m120d antimony impregnated graphite in propane pump.
The rotor part of 150YZC magnetic drive propane booster pump and pump developed by Lanzhou General Refinery and chemical plant is fully closed, and its bearing cannot be lubricated with lubricating fluid. Using m120d antimony impregnated graphite as bearing, the purpose of no lubricant and good wear resistance is realized, and the special requirements of magnetic drive pump are met.

2. Application of m120d in mechanical seal of welded metal bellows.

4. Application in plastic industry.

5. Application in paper industry.

6. Application in hot oil circulating pump.

7. Application in non-woven hot rolling mill.

8. Use on coal mill.
The large-scale coal pulverizer produced by Beijing power equipment is supporting the Dalat banner power station in Inner Mongolia. Application of antimony impregnated graphite in submersible electric pump.
Antimony impregnated graphite bearing has become one of the key components of submersible pump, especially large mining submersible pump. In the foundry industry, the lubrication of sand mold (core) drying furnace pit car bearing bush is a technical problem. In the past, the use of cast iron bearing bush could not solve the lubrication problem under high temperature, resulting in large friction resistance, unstable operation of pit truck, long traction distance, steel wire was often broken, and the operation was extremely unsafe, which seriously affected the normal production. Many manufacturers cannot find suitable high temperature resistant self-lubricating and anti-wear materials, which affects the renewal and transformation of equipment. At the end of 1986, the East Carbon Plant cooperated with Changsha Machine Tool Foundry to try m120d antimony impregnated graphite as bearing bush on the pit car.
