When the heat is transferred from the heat source to the evaporation area, the cooling liquid in the chamber begins to gasify after being heated in the low vacuum environment. At this time, the heat energy is absorbed and the volume expands rapidly, and the gas-phase cooling medium fills the whole chamber rapidly. When the gas-phase working medium contacts a relatively cold area, condensation will occur. The heat accumulated during evaporation is released by condensation, and the condensed coolant will return to the evaporation heat source through the micro structured capillary pipe. This operation will be repeated in the cavity. Ultra thin VC soaking plate is mainly composed of copper, which is formed by diffusion sintering of VC heat dissipation graphite fixture.
